One¡BHow to Make A Reservation Inquiry

1. You may make a reservation inquiry either by phone or in person at our reservation center. Your confirmed reservation will be cancelled if a deposit is not received within two weeks.
2. Deposit Amount: 1) one-third of total for non-holiday/weekend reservations; 2) one-half of total for holiday/weekend reservations; 3) for dining service only reservation, total amount of the first meal is to be prepaid.

Two¡BCancellations and Changes

1. A 30-day notice is required for deferrals or cancellations.
2. A 20-day notice is required if total rooms need to be reduced.
3. A 3-day notice is required for changes or cancellations on dining services.
4. If changes are not processed properly, certain amount of money will be deducted from the deposist.
5. Full payment is required if no show for reserved dining service as well as cancellations not done by the required advanced notice.

Three¡BPayment and Check-out

1. All event payments are due by 9pm on the event date and payable at the Information Desk located on the 1st floor of the Lodging Building. We accept cash or credit cards.
2. Check-in time: 4pm; check-out time: 10am. ¡C
