1. Check-in time: after 15:00 p.m.; Check-out time: before 11:00 a.m.

2. No extra bed can be added.

3. This center provides 24-hour service, information for tourism, calling taxi for customer, baggage deposit, fax service, exchange foreign currency (only for foreigners), security box, self-laundry service, public wi-fi service, coin-operated computer.

4. To confirm your booking, please pay 1/3 of the total payment within one week of booking. The center has the right to cancel the booking if the deposit is not made.

5. If due to typhoon, earthquake or other force majeure (the announcement made of the local authorities where the Center is located shall prevail) on the day of check-in, the booking can be delayed or canceled unconditionally. The booking can be postponed or canceled. If postponed, the deposit can be used within 6 months.

6. No pets and smoking is allowed in the center.

7. Ratio of refund for cancellation by telephone (according to regulations of the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications)

★ No refund for cancellation on the day of check-in

★ 20% of the deposit refunded for cancellation the day before the check-in date.

★ 30% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 2-3 days before the check-in date.

★ 40% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 4-6 days before the check-in date.

★ 50% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 7-9 days before the check-in date.

★ 70% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 10-13 days before the check-in date.

★ None of the deposit refunded for cancellation 14 days (inclusive) before the check-in date.
